Project Summary
Mother’s Bistro & Bar has grown over the years from a charming 90-seat restaurant on Stark Street to a gorgeous 200-seat Portland institution in the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel. Chosen Restaurant of the Year by Portland’s Willamette Week, Best Comfort Food, Best Brunch, and Best Lunch Spot by numerous publications and one of America’s Top Restaurant Bargains by Food and Wine Magazine, Mother’s Bistro & Bar is now a destination spot for anyone who comes to downtown Portland.
We have had the pleasure of working with Lisa Schroader and Mother’s Bistro for years. We have been part of the creative and technical process for two redesigns and the reorganization of the website content, making it easier to navigate, the ability to sell merchandise on the store, and beautifully presented. During the pandemic in early 2020, Lisa asked if we could create an online ordering system so she could continue business and offer pick-up and delivery. We were able to develop a system for her restaurant in under a week, and she now has the ability to process orders on her own website, allowing her to bypass the high fees most delivery services require.
